Eligibility and accounts

Binetic (Pty) Ltd (2021/878808/07), 6 Eastfort Park Street, Lynnwood, Pretoria, 0081, operates Aloom. The Information Officer is Dewaldt Wickus van der Merwe (informationofficer@aloom.co.za). His registration with the South African Information Regulator must still be completed before public availability.

You must be at least 18, make accurate membership claims and secure your account and sign-in links. A community administrator decides whether you qualify for that community.

Acceptable use and content

You remain responsible for content you submit and grant Binetic a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate Aloom. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing content.

Moderation and safety

Aloom does not pre-screen or endorse member content. Community administrators perform primary moderation. Binetic may investigate reports, preserve evidence, hide/remove content, restrict or suspend access, and act where law or platform policy requires.

Service, termination and liability

The pilot may change, be interrupted or end. We limit liability only to the fullest extent permitted by South African law; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. South African law governs these terms.
