How to make a request
Use Privacy and data in the Aloom app to request access/export, correction, a privacy answer or account deletion. You may also contact informationofficer@aloom.co.za. Identity confirmation may be required.
Export and deletion
Exports are private, short-lived and expire after 7 days. Deletion immediately restricts normal access and can be cancelled for 30 days. Afterwards profile/contact data is removed and conversation contributions are anonymised where appropriate using a deterministic ‘Former member’ presentation without destroying other community content.
